枣仁安神胶囊对良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位成功后残余症状的疗效观察

Efficacy of Zaoren Anshen capsule on residual symptoms after successful reduction of BPPV

目的:观察枣仁安神胶囊治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo,BPPV)复位成功后残余症状的有效性。方法:将BPPV复位成功1 d后仍遗留有残余头晕等不适症状的患者共82例,随机分为试验组(41例)及对照组(41例)两组,试验组连续口服枣仁安神胶囊1周,对照组连续口服安慰剂1周,在治疗前、1周后及1个月后对患者进行眩晕残障量表(Dizziness Handicap Inventory,DHI)评分。结果:试验组与对照组患者不同时间DHI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明测量指标有随时间变化的趋势,处理组与时间点之间有交互作用(P<0.05),说明时间因素的作用随着分组的不同而不同,试验组与对照组之间DHI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明分组因素起作用。结论:枣仁安神胶囊对BPPV复位成功后残余症状具有一定的疗效,且BPPV复位成功后残余症状具有一定的自限性。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zaoren Anshen capsule(枣仁安神胶囊)in the treatment of residual symptoms after successful reduction of BPPV.Methods:A total of 82 BPPV patients,who still had residual symptoms such as dizziness one day after successful canalith repositioning maneuvers,were randomized into two groups:the experimental group(41 patients)and the control group(41 patients).The experimental group took Zaoren Anshen capsule orally for one week,and the control group took placebo orally for one week.The vertigo Disability Scale(DHI)was scored before treatment,1 week after treatment,and 1 month after treatment.Results:There were significant differences in DHI scores between the experimental group and the control group at different time points(P<0.05),indicating that the measurement index had a tendency to change with time,and there was an interaction between the treatment group and the time point(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of time factor varied with different groups.The effect of DHI scores between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the grouping factor played a role.Conclusion:Zaoren Anshen capsule can reduce the duration of residual symptoms after successful canalith repositioning maneuver in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Residual symptoms after successful canalith repositioning maneuver in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo are self-limiting.
