自拟健脾消疳汤辨证治疗对小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of self-made Jianpi Xiaogan decoction on children with indigestive diarrhea

目的:探究小儿消化不良性腹泻采用自拟健脾消疳汤辨证予以治疗的临床效果。方法:选择威海市妇幼保健院2018年10月-2019年10月60例小儿消化不良性腹泻,分为两组,每组30例,对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组采用自拟健脾消疳汤辨证+西医治疗。对比两组患儿临床症状改善时间、总治疗有效率及不良反应发生率等数据。结果:治疗组患儿临床症状改善时间缩短,较之对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗总有效率较高,不良反应发生率较低,较之对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿消化不良性腹泻采用自拟健脾消疳汤辨证予以治疗,治疗效果良好,缩短患儿临床症状改善时间,提升患儿预后生活水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of treating dyspeptic diarrhea with self-made Jianpi Xiaogan decoction(自拟健脾消疳汤).Methods:60 children with dyspeptic diarrhea in Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine and the treatment group was treated with self-made Jianpi Xiaogan decoction+Western medicine treatment;the clinical symptoms improvement time,treatment efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the time for improvement of clinical symptoms was shorter in the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had higher treatment efficiency and lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Jianpi Xiaogan decoction has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of dyspeptic diarrhea,it can shorten the time for improving the clinical symptoms of children,and improve the prognosis of children.
