目的:观察凉血防护汤(自拟)加减治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:运用凉血防护汤随症加减进行治疗。结论:凉血防护汤加减治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效确切,顾护机体免疫力,安全有效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Fanghu decoction(凉血防护汤)in treating 60 cases of pediatric allergic purpura.Method:Modified Liangxue Fanghu decoction was applied in treating pediatric allergic purpura.Conclusion:Modified Liangxue Fanghu decoction has exact effect in treating pediatric allergic purpura,it can protect the body immunity,and it is safe and effective.
