中西医治疗原发性肝癌的研究进展

目的:原发性肝癌(Primary Liver Cancer,PLC)作为肝胆恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和病死率均较高,已严重危害人类生命健康。因此,综合当前各种治疗方法,不断寻求最优治疗方案则显得尤为重要。目前,现代医学认为PLC病因不明,常采用去除破坏癌细胞的方法,对PCL患者常采用手术治疗、介入治疗、放化疗等手段;中医从不同切入角度,辨证看待患者情况,以个体化方药及针刺外敷为主,减轻患者病痛。其中,外科手术治疗治愈率较高,但目前手术标准尚不统一;介入治疗对小肿瘤疗效较好,对肝癌中后期患者意义不大;放化疗一般用于晚期患者,可以有效延长患者生存时间,杀死肿瘤细胞,但也会使患者自身肝功能及免疫力下降;目前有学者提出免疫治疗,其效果尚需临床进一步研究。中医个体化治疗通过精准辨证,通过中医方药及针刺疗法缓解病情,减轻病痛,改善患者体质,但也存在见效慢,周期长等缺点,目前常配合现代医疗技术,采用多学科综合诊疗模式,提高患者生存质量。合理选择临床治疗手段对原发性肝癌的治疗有重大意义。但目前各治疗方法都有一定的缺陷,不能够精准治愈疾病,因此,应不断寻找更加有效的治疗途径。方法:依据PLC治疗的最新研究进展,综合国内外相关研究成果。结论:就现代中西医治疗PLC的研究进展进行综述,为中西医治疗PLC提供借鉴。

Objective:Primary liver cancer(PLC),as one of the hepatobiliary malignant tumors,has high morbidity and mortality,which has seriously harmed human life and health.Therefore,it is particularly important to combine current treatment methods and constantly seek optimal treatment options.At present,modern medicine believes that the etiology of PLC is unknown,and often uses methods to remove and destroy cancer cells.For patients with PCL,surgical treatment,interventional therapy,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are often used.Chinese medicine treats patients from different perspectives,and treats patients with individualized prescriptions and acupuncture is mainly applied externally to relieve the patient's pain.Among them,the surgical cure rate is higher,but the current surgical standard is not in uniform;interventional therapy is better for small tumors,and has little significance for patients with middle and late stage of liver cancer;radiotherapy and chemotherapy are generally used in advanced patients,which can effectively prolong the survival time of patients.It kills tumor cells,but it also causes decline of the patient's own liver function and immunity.At present,some scholars have proposed immunotherapy,and the effect needs further clinical research.Individualized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the disease,reduce the pain and improve the patient's physical fitness through accurate syndrome differentiation,Chinese medicine prescriptions and acupuncture,also has shortcomings of slow effect,long cycle,etc.,therefore,with modern medical technology,using a multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment model can improve the quality of life of patients.Reasonable choice of clinical treatment is of great significance for the treatment of primary liver cancer.However,at present,all treatment methods have certain defects,and it is impossible to accurately cure diseases.Therefore,it is very important to constantly seek more effective treatment methods.Methods:Based on the latest research progress of PLC treatment,research results at home and abroad are synthesized.Conclusion:The research progress of modern Chinese and Western medicine treatment PLC is reviews,and reference for the treatment of PLC with Chinese and Western medicine is provided.
