观察八珍汤治疗肛痈术后创面的临床疗效

Effect observation of Bazhen decoction in the treatment of anal carbuncle wounds after operation

目的:研究在治疗肛痈术后创面时使用八珍汤的效果,探究出治疗疾病的方法。方法:将2016年6月-2019年6月在南通市通州区中医院治疗的100名肛痈术后创面患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,两组患者都进行肛痈一期开肛手术。根据患者的实际情况进行基础治疗,对照组使用常规方法进行疾病的治疗,观察组使用八珍汤进行治疗,对比两组患者在治疗之后创面的恢复效果。结果:在治疗之后,观察组患者创面恢复效果明显优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率为90%(45/50),对照组为72%(36/50),两组数据之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗肛痈术后创面时,应该在常规治疗方法基础上联合八珍汤。八珍汤具有补气益血的效果,能够促进创面肉芽的生长,而且该方非常安全、方便,对很多患者的治疗来说,非常有利,能够加快创面的恢复速度,减少负面因素的影响,应大力推广。

Objective:To study the effect of Bazhen decoction(八珍汤)in the treatment of anal carbuncle wounds after operation,and to explore the method of treating diseases.Methods:100 patients with anal carbuncle treated in Nantong city Tongzhou district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).The patients in both groups underwent one-stage root opening surgery for anal pain,and basic treatment was carried out according to the actual situation of the patients.The control group was treated with routine method,while the observation group was treated with Bazhen decoction.The effect of wound recovery between the two groups after treatment was compared.Results:After treatment,the effect of wound recovery of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90%(45/50),and that of the control group was 72%(36/50),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazhen decoction should be combined on the basis of routine treatment to treat the wound after anal carbuncle operation.Bazhen decoction has the effect of tonifying qi and benefiting blood,and it can promote the growth of wound granulation.
