中医辅助治疗对妊娠期糖尿病临床有效性指标的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy on the clinical effectiveness index of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:分析中医辅助治疗妊娠期糖尿病对临床有效性指标的影响。方法:选取徐州市妇幼保健院收治的82例妊娠期糖尿病门诊患者,纳入时间为2016年6月-2018年12月。将其随机分为两组:常规西医治疗41例作为对照组,西医+中医辅助治疗41例作为试验组,评定临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为95.1%(39/41),高于对照组的78.0%(32/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU),餐后2 h血糖(2-hour Blood Glucose,2 hPG),糖化血红蛋白(Glycated Hemoglobin,HbA1c)均降低,且试验组降低幅度更显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医辅助治疗妊娠期糖尿病疗效确切,能提高临床有效性、改善血糖水平,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy on the clinical effectiveness index of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:82 outpatients with gestational diabetes admitted to Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and included from June 2016 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups:41 cases received conventional western medicine treatment were the control group,and 41 cases received western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment were the experimental group,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The effective rate was 95.1%(39/41)in the experimental group,which was higher than 78.0%(32/41)in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,GLU,2 hPG and HbAlc in both groups were reduced,and the reduction was more significant in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment of gestational diabetes is definite,and it can improve the clinical effectiveness and blood glucose level,which is worth popularizing.
