益气活血通络法治疗轻中度老年性膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo therapy in treating mild and moderate senile osteoarthritis of knee

目的:浅析在轻中度老年性膝骨关节炎的治疗中应用中医益气活血通络法的疗效价值。方法:筛选2016年1月-2019年6月因膝骨关节炎疾病入南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院寻求治疗,疾病确诊轻中度的老年患者60例纳入研究,所有患者均系自愿入组,以随机盲选方式取其中30例作对照组,采取常规西医治疗;另30例做试验组,采取中医益气活血通络法内外联治,比较两组经治疗后的综合疗效、不良反应及日常生活质量差异,总结最佳治疗手段以推广临床应用。结果:经治疗,试验组疗效收益、不良反应及日常生活质量均较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论:推荐轻中度老年性膝骨关节炎患者应用益气活血通络法内外联治进行治疗,可获更佳疗效收益,提升患者日常生活质量,治疗安全性可,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect value of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo therapy(益气活血通络法)in treating mild and moderate senile osteoarthritis of knee.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2019,60 elderly patients with mild to moderate disease were screened for treatment in Suzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine due to knee osteoarthritis.All patients were enrolled voluntarily,30 of them were randomly selected as the control group,and conventional western medicine treatment was given.The other 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo therapy to clear away collaterals.Results:After treatment,the efficacy,adverse reactions and daily life quality of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo therapy is recommended for patients with mild to moderate senile knee osteoarthritis to clear away collaterals,which can obtain better curative effect,improve the quality of daily life of patients,and is of safety.
