中医住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题与对策 被引量:1

摘要 中医住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“规培”)是医学生毕业后教育的必经之路,也是解决中国医师非均质化的必由之路。培训基地师资力量的不足难以保障,规培医师对规培政策的不重视,考核体系中存在的缺陷,规培医师薪资权益保障的不力,使许多规培医师对规培制度失去了信心。现结合新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院针对专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”的规培医师中,常暴露出的实际问题进行归纳总结,并就这些问题及其引发的思考进行剖析,以冀能促进中医规培制度的完善,为以后的规培医师提供良好的规培环境,在高标准的训练和培养下完成规培医师的成长,从而不断推动中医药事业的发展。 Standardized training of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)resident doctors(hereinafter referred to as“standardized training”)is a compulsory education for TCM students after graduation,and it is also the only solution to the problem of doctor heterogeneity in China.A mix of factors,including undersupply of teachers for the training base,lack of attention to the training policy by doctors,drawbacks in the assessment system and inadequate protection of the pay interests of doctors,have made many doctors lose confidence in the training system.In this paper,based on the situation of Xinjiang Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,a summary will be given regarding the practical problems that frequently occur in the“two-in-one”standardized training for professional degree graduates and resident doctors.A deep analysis will also be made of those problems and their related thoughts,with the aim to improve TCM training system,to provide a good training environment for future doctors receiving standardized training,to foster the growth of those doctors aligned with high training standards,so as to continuously promote the development of the TCM.
