摘要
针对大学新生心理危机预警体系存在的问题,从工作实际出发,提出体系构建的系统观视角。建议将个体发展基础、个体内部图式、社会刺激因素和心理症状纳入预警体系,全面呈现学生发展历程,并以此为参照,预测心理危机发生几率。实际工作中,要树立“以人为本”的工作理念和目标,优化新生心理测评方法和指标,构建全员、动态监测体系,保证心理危机干预工作的及时性和有效性。
Targeted at the problems existing in the early warning system of freshmen′s psychological crisis,starting from the actual work,this paper puts forward the early warning index system from the perspective of system view.The system should include four levels:individual development basis,individual internal schema,social stimulus factors and psychological symptoms,and present the course of students′development in an all-round way,so as to predict the probability of psychological crisis.In practice,we should set up the working concept and goal of“people-oriented”,optimize the methods and indicators of freshmen′s psychological assessment,construct a dynamic monitoring system for all staff,and ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of psychological crisis intervention.
