个体发展理论视域下青岛市中学生思想政治素质影响要素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Ideological and Political Quality of Middle School Students in Qingdao from the Perspective of Individual Development Theory

摘要 思想政治素质影响要素的发现和优化是中学教育研究的重要课题。基于探索性因子分析和结构方程建模,从个体发展理论视角对青岛市中学生思想政治素质发展的作用机理进行分析和探索。研究发现,学生个体正面行为对其思想政治素质的正向影响效应最大,科学辩证思维对其思想政治素质发展有显著的积极影响,学生个体行为和科学辩证思维存在着显著的交互影响。教师应结合家庭教育对学生进行积极的正面引导,学生亦应发展适应社会的人格需求。中学生思想政治素质培养需因地制宜、因人而异,以促进个体全面健康的成长。 The identification and optimization of the factors influencing ideological and political quality is an important topic in current research concerning middle school education.Based on exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling,this paper analyzes and explores the mechanism of ideological and political quality development of middle school students in Qingdao from the perspective of individual development theory.It is found that the positive behavior of individual students has the greatest positive effect on their ideological and political quality.Scientific dialectical thinking exerts a significant positive impact on the development of their ideological and political quality.There also exists a significant interaction between individual behavior of students and scientific dialectical thinking.Hence,we suggest that teachers cooperate with students′parents while providing positive guidance for them,and students develop favorable personalities to better adapt to the society.The cultivation of ideological and political quality needs to take local condition and individual uniqueness into consideration,so as to promote healthy and comprehensive growth of students.
