基于农户主体性视角的农村人居环境整治路径研究

Study on the Improvement Path of Rural Human Settlements Environment from the Perspective of Farmers′Subjectivity

农户是农村人居环境整治过程中的重要参与主体,具有天然在场和全程参与的特点。基于参与式发展的理论基础与实践应用,结合农户参与农村人居环境整治面临的主体性困境,分析影响农户参与农村人居环境整治的五个主要因素,提出促进农户参与农村人居环境整治的优化路径,使其积极、主动、全面参与到农村人居环境整治的全过程,在农村人居环境整治中切实发挥农户的主体作用。

Farmers are important participants in the process of rural human settlement environment renovation,with the characteristics of natural presence and full participation.Based on theory of participatory development and practical application,this paper combines the subjective dilemma faced by farmers when they participate in the rural human settlement environment renovation,and then analyzes the five main factors that affect farmers′participation in rural human settlement environment renovation.Further more,it puts forward the optimal path for farmers to participate in the rural human settlement environment renovation,so as to make them participate in the whole process positively,actively and fully,and ensure that farmers play the main role in the rural human settlement environment renovation.
