摘要 井下高压电缆所处的环境条件严酷,导致电缆老化加速,衍生出绝缘水平下降、漏电和热量聚集等问题,威胁电力系统的稳定运行,进而影响正常生产或成为重大安全隐患。针对该问题,开展了电缆绝缘损坏程度监测技术研究,并对电缆绝缘性能和绝缘原理进行了研究,实现了煤矿井下高压电缆的绝缘监测以及对安全隐患的提前判断、及时预警,有效保障了煤矿井下电力的正常供应。 The environment condition of the high voltage cable in the underground mine was severe,could cause speed up the cable aging,would derive the insulation level declined,would cause the electric leakage,thermal aggregation and other problems and thus would threaten the stable operation of the electric power system.Therefore the environment condition would further affect the normal production and would be the great safety hidden trouble.According to those problems,a study was conducted on the monitoring technology of the cable insulation failure and a study was conducted on the insulation performances and insulation principle of the cable.The insulation monitoring of the high voltage cable in the underground mine could be realized the early judgement and timely early warning of the safety hidden trouble could effectively protect the normal power supply in the underground mine.
