在新疆现代畜牧业发展背景下的畜牧兽医专业“双师型”教师队伍建设浅析

Analysis on the Construction of Double-qualified Teacher Team in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Specialty under the Background of Modern Animal Husbandry Development in Xinjiang

“双师型”教师是职业院校人才培养质量的核心要素,随着新疆传统畜牧业向现代畜牧业的转型升级,如何培养一支符合产业发展需求的畜牧兽医专业“双师型”教师队伍,是本文探讨的主旨。文中从畜牧兽医专业“双师型”教师的资格认定评价标准、培养制度体系构建、教师队伍建设三个方面进行了分析,并提出了相关建议与意见,以期为新疆职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设提供参考。

“Double-qualified”teachers are the core elements of talent cultivation quality in vocational colleges.With the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang traditional animal husbandry to modern animal husbandry,the main theme of this paper is how to cultivate a“double-qualified”teacher team of animal husbandry and veterinary specialty that is demanded by the needs of industrial development.This paper analyzes the qualification evaluation criteria,the construction of training system and teacher team in animal husbandry and veterinary specialty,and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions in order to provide reference for the construction of“double-qualified”teacher team in Xinjiang vocational education.
