台籍教师任教大陆动机与适应性实证研究:以浙江为例 被引量:3

An Empirical Study on Motivation and Adaptability of Taiwan Residents Teachers Teaching in China's Mainland:The Case of Zhejiang Province

摘要 基于自我决定理论,本研究旨在探讨台籍教师(简称台师)赴大陆高校任教的主要原因及适应性现况,以在浙江任教的台师为调查对象,研究结果表明:社交拓展、价值展现和教职偏好是吸引台师赴陆任教最主要的原因。在适应性方面,台师的工作和生活适应普遍较好,但在心理层面存在焦虑,26%的台师近期有离开目前工作单位的离职倾向。此外,为了厘清台师在大陆任教经历如何影响其态度和后续行为,本研究利用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究发现:大陆任教经历的满意度和适应程度都会显著提高台师继续留陆任教的意愿和对大陆的好感度,同时也会提升其对两岸统一的认同度。本研究结果为客观掌握台师在陆期间适应状况并制定相应的政策预案,对于用好和留住人才以及提升台师任教满意度提供实证支持。 Based on the self-determination theory,this study aims to investigate the main reasons Taiwan Residents teachers teach at colleges and universities in China's Mainland,as well as their adaptability.We mainly focus on Taiwan Residents teachers who are teaching in Zhejiang Province.We find that the main reasons attracting them to teach in China's Mainland are social network expansion,value realization,and teacher occupational preference.In terms of adaptability,Taiwan Residents teachers generally adjust well to work and live on the mainland but experience anxiety at the psychological level,with 26%showing a tendency to leave their current workplace recently.In addition,the study conducted an empirical analysis using structural equation modeling to explain how the teachers’teaching experiences in China's Mainland affect their attitudes and subsequent behavior.Results found that the teachers’level of satisfaction and adjustment on the mainland significantly increased their willingness to continue teaching there,enhanced their positive perception of the mainland,and heightened their identification with cross-strait reunification.Our findings will provide empirical support for the understanding of teachers’adaptability on the mainland and the formulation of appropriate policies to improve their retention rate and satisfaction with their teaching experiences.
