376名低年资护士灾害准备度现状及影响因素分析

Current Status of Disaster Readiness of Junior Nurses and Its Influence Factors:A 376-case Study

目的调查低年资护士灾害准备度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取哈尔滨市3所三级甲等医院376名低年资护士为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、护士灾害准备度量表、职业生涯适应力和护士职业获益感问卷对其进行调查。采用多元线性回归分析其灾害准备度的影响因素。结果376名低年资护士灾害准备度总分为(159.97±44.10)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、参加过灾害护理救援、职业获益感和职业生涯适应力是低年资护士灾害准备度的主要影响因素(P<0.01),可解释总变异的40.8%。结论本组低年资护士灾害准备度得分处于中等水平,需关注女性、未参加过灾害护理救援、职业获益感和职业生涯适应力得分较低的低年资护士灾害准备度情况。建议护理管理者增设救灾模拟训练,通过各种现代化信息技术降低工作强度,科学规划工作时间与工作量,提高低年资护士时间利用率,为低年资护士争取学习、培训和锻炼的机会,提升职业获益感与职业生涯适应力,进而提高其灾害准备度。

Objective To survey the current status of disaster readiness of junior nurses and analyze its influence factors.Methods With convenient sampling,a total of 376 junior nurses in 3 tertiary grade-A hospitals were selected and surveyed by using general information questionnaire,Nurse Disaster Readiness Scale,Career Adaptability and Nurse Perceived Professional Benefit Questionnaire.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influence factors of disaster readiness.Results The total score of disaster readiness was 159.97±44.10.Multiple linear regression showed that sex,disaster nursing experience,perceived professional benefit and career adaptability were main influence factors of disaster readiness(P<0.01),explaining 40.8%of the total variance.Conclusion Disaster readiness of junior nurses in the study is at a moderate level and more attention should go to female nurses,those without experience of disaster nursing and those with poor perceived professional benefit and career adaptability.Lowering work intensity by information technology and scientific planning of working time and workload will be helpful to provide more opportunities of learning and training for junior nurses.Disaster nursing model training to promote perceived professional benefit and career adaptability is conducive to the improvement of disaster readiness.
