腭裂患者进行言语矫治的临床效果

Value analysis of speech therapy for patients with cleft palate

目的探究腭裂患者进行言语矫治的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月本院收治的92例腭裂患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组行言语矫治法,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组发生清晰度为97.83%,高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。矫治前,两组高鼻音、鼻漏音评分比较差异无统计学意义;矫治后,观察组高鼻音、鼻漏音评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组构音器官功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腭裂患者进行言语矫治,能有效强化患者构音器官功能,快速减弱患者鼻音,提升患者讲话清晰度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of speech therapy in patients with cleft palate.Methods 92 cases of cleft palate patients from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation groupaccording to different treatment methods,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,the observation group underwent speech therapy and compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results The resolution of the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Before correction,there was no significant difference in the scores of hypernasal and rhinorrhea between the two groups.After correction,the scores of hypernasal and rhinorrhea in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of the organ organ function in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The speech therapy for patients with cleft palate can effectively strengthen the function of the organ of the patient,quickly weaken the nasal sound of the patient and improve the clarity of the speech.
