胺碘酮联合美托洛尔对快速心律失常患者心功能的影响

Effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on cardiac function in patients with tachyarrhythmia

目的探讨胺碘酮与美托洛尔协同治疗快速心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2018年2月至2019年3月收治的84例快速心律失常患者的临床资料,根据药物选用方案不同分为对照组(常规治疗+胺碘酮)与观察组(常规治疗+胺碘酮+美托洛尔),每组42例。比较两组患者治疗效果、心功能及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组临床总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心输出量(CO)、二尖瓣血流频谱(E/A)、左心室射血分数(EF)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组较高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论胺碘酮与美托洛尔协同治疗快速心律失常患者效果显著,有利于提高心功能,具有一定安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone and metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia.Methods the clinical data of 84 patients with tachyarrhythmia treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different drug treatment schemes,they were divided into control group(treated with amiodarone)and observation group(treated with amiodarone metoprolol),with 42 cases in each group.Compare the treatment effect,cardiac function and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cardiac output(CO),mitral valve blood flow spectrum(E/A),and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,there was difference statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia,which is beneficial to improve cardiac function and is safe.
