黏液脓性宫颈炎患者的感染因素及病原体分布 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索分析黏液脓性宫颈炎患者的感染因素以及病原体分布情况,为黏液脓性宫颈炎患者的临床抗菌治疗提供有利的证据。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月于本院妇科门诊的360例宫颈筛查患者为研究对象,分别收集360例宫颈筛查患者的宫颈分泌物,根据分泌物的检测结果分为黏液脓性宫颈炎组(n=180)和宫颈无黏液脓性分泌物组(n=180),分析比较两组患者支原体感染检出阳性率及各种支原体检出率。结果与宫颈无黏液脓性分泌物组患者支原体感染检出阳性率比较,黏液脓性宫颈炎组患者支原体阳性检出率明显较高,黏液脓性宫颈炎组病原体检出率为91.11%,其中沙眼衣原体的检出率(45.12%)明显高于其他病原体检出率,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黏液脓性宫颈炎患者体内存在多种病原体感染,加强对宫颈炎分泌物中病原体的检出,能有效提高抗菌药物选择的正确性,提升黏液脓性宫颈炎患者的治愈率。 Objective To explore and analyze the infection factors and pathogen distribution in patients with mucopurulent cervicitis,so as to provide favorable evidence for clinical antimicrobial treatment of mucopurulent cervicitis.Methods 360 cervical screening patients from January 2018 to June 2019 in gynecological clinic of our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Cervical secretions of 360 cervical screening patients were collected and divided into mucopurulent cervicitis group(n=180)and cervical non-mucopurulent secretion group(n=180).The positive rate of mycoplasma infection was compared between mucopurulent cervicitis group and cervical non-mucopurulent secretion group.The detection rates of mycoplasma were compared between the two groups,the mucopurulent cervicitis group and the cervical non-mucopurulent secretion group.Results Statistical analysis showed that compared with the positive rate of mycoplasma infection in cervical non-mucopurulent secretion group,the positive rate of mycoplasma in mucopurulent cervicitis group was significantly higher,and the detection rate of mycoplasma in mucopurulent cervicitis group was 91.11%,among which chlamydia trachomatis was detected.The detection rate(45.12%)was significantly higher than that of other pathogens.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Through clinical research,it is found that there are many kinds of pathogens in patients with mucopurulent cervicitis.Strengthening the detection of pathogens in cervicitis secretions can effectively improve the correctness of antibiotics selection and improve the cure rate of patients with mucopurulent cervicitis.
