经腹联合经阴道超声对子宫黏膜下肌瘤的诊断价值

The value of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of submucous myoma of the uterus

目的探讨经腹联合经阴道超声对子宫黏膜下肌瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月本院接收的70例疑似为子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者,所有患者均给予经腹超声以及经阴道超声检查,并将手术病理结果作为诊断的金标准,分析经腹超声联合经阴道超声诊断子宫黏膜下肌瘤的价值。结果 70例患者经手术病理诊断为子宫黏膜下肌瘤52例,另18例患者中有10例为肌壁间肌瘤、5例为子宫浆膜下肌瘤、3例为宫颈肌瘤。二者联合诊断子宫黏膜下肌瘤的准确度95.71%、灵敏度98.08%均高于经阴道超声、经腹超声单独诊断结果[(87.14%、92.31%)、(71.43%、76.92%)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二者联合诊断子宫黏膜下肌瘤的特异度(88.89%)与经阴道超声(72.22%)和经腹超声(55.56%)比较差异无统计学意义。结论经腹联合经阴道超声在子宫黏膜下肌瘤检查中具有较高诊断效能,可为临床提供诊治重要的参考价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound on the submucosal myoma of the uterus.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,the 70 cases received by our hospital were suspected to be submucous myoma of the uterus,and all the patients were given transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography,and the pathological results of the operation were used as the gold standard for diagnosis.To analyze the value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of submucosal myoma.Results Among the 70 patients,there were 52 cases of submucous myoma of the uterus,10 of the remaining 18 patients were myomectomy,5 cases of subserous myoma of the uterus and 3 cases of uterine fibroid.The accuracy of the combined diagnosis of submucosal myoma was 95.71%,and the sensitivity was 98.08%,which was higher than that of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound[(87.14%,92.31%),(71.43%,76.92%)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specific degree of the combined diagnosis of the submucous myoma of the uterus was 88.89%,the difference was not statistically significant.Compared with the transvaginal ultrasound(72.22%)and the transabdominal ultrasound(55.56%).Conclusion The transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasonography has the effect of transvaginal ultrasonography in the examination of the submucosal myoma of the uterus.The high diagnostic efficiency can be of great reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of the clinic.
