基于逻辑斯谛模型的人口预测及SMSR模式人文保护

摘要 全球气候变暖导致的海平面上升,部分临海城市和岛国处于将要消失的风险中。在此时代背景下,制定相关政策显得尤为重要,建立相关的新政策来解决大规模的人口迁移,在这其中必须顾虑到EDP的人文价值保护。本文首先谈论,人口迁移到不同的国家,在各个国家的人口增长需要有一个逻辑斯谛模型~(【1】)来比拟,利用数字人文及贝罗模型(SMCR模式)保护文化及其价值;还可以通过建立了一个基于网络拓扑结构的基层难民文化传播模型,能够对难民的社团结构稳定性进行一定程度上的评估,评估结果对难民的安置地域有一定的参考价值;再次,在相应的国家里面再出台相关政策保护EDP的相关权益;最后:利用已建的模型结合今后可能遇到城市淹没这个问题的国家进行相应的预估和评判。 As the sea level rises due to global warming,some coastal cities and island countries are at risk of disappearing.Under the background of this era,it is particularly important to formulate relevant policies.To establish relevant new policies to solve large-scale population migration,the protection of the human value of EDP must be considered.This article first talks about population migration to different countries.The population growth in each country requires a logistic model[1]to compare,using digital humanities and the Belo model(SMCR model)to protect culture and its value;and grassroots refugee cultural dissemination model based on the network topology is established,which can assess the stability of the refugee’s community structure to a certain extent,and the evaluation results have a certain reference value for the refugees’resettlement areas;again,in the corresponding country.Introduce relevant policies to protect the relevant rights and interests of EDP;finally:use the established model to make corresponding estimates and judgments in conjunction with countries that may encounter the problem of urban inundation in the future.
