痤疮患者皮肤敏感性的临床分析与治疗

Skin sensitivity in patients with acne:clinical analysis and treatment

目的:分析痤疮患者的皮肤敏感情况并观察疗效。方法:以2018年1月至2019年5月河南大学第一附属医院皮肤科门诊收治的73例痤疮患者为对象,所有患者行敏感性测验(乳酸测验),将38例乳酸测验阴性者作为皮肤非敏感组,将35例乳酸测验阳性者作为皮肤敏感组,两组患者均给予抗炎等相同的治疗,观察疗效并分析两组患者治疗后的临床相关指标。结果:治疗后,皮肤敏感组的总有效率显著低于皮肤非敏感组;皮肤敏感组的皮肤含水量显著低于皮肤非敏感组,皮肤油脂量显著高于皮肤非敏感组(均P<0.01)。结论:皮肤敏感性高的患者治疗效果差,医生需要对患者的情况进行分析,选用适合患者皮肤敏感性的治疗方法。

Objective:To analyze the skin sensitivity of acne patients and observe the curative effect.Methods:73 patients with acne were selected from the Outpatient Department of Dermatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2018 to may 2019.All patients underwent sensitivity test(lactic acid test).38 patients with negative lactic acid test were selected as the non-sensitive skin group,and 35 patients with positive lactic acid test were selected as the sensitive skin group.Both groups were given the same treatment such as anti-inflammatory.The curative effects of the two groups were observed and the clinical indicators were analyzed after treatment Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the sensitive skin group was significantly lower than that of the non-sensitive skin group;the skin moisture content of the sensitive skin group was significantly lower than that of the non-sensitive skin group,and the skin oil was significantly higher than that of the non-sensitive skin group(all P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of patients with high skin sensitivity is relatively poor.Doctors need to analyze the patient's condition and select the treatment method suitable for their skin sensitivity.
