3000 m快移快装钻机创新技术及应用

Innovative Technology of 3000 m Fast Moving and Fast Assembling Drilling Rig and Its Application

摘要 针对常规3000 m钻机普遍老旧、结构零散、拆装运输工作量大,公路运输时底座等需拆成散件失去快移性能等问题,基于集成化和模块化的设计理念,研制了3000 m快移快装钻机。该钻机在关键配套件上进行技术创新并充分考虑油田运输条件和车辆运输能力,将钻机主体拆分成独立的大模块,模块之间又采用快速组合与拆分技术,以简化机械结构,减少拆装和运输工作量,提高钻机的快速拆装和快速移运性能。钻机采用液压起升方案,不借助绞车动力,用同一组液缸进行井架底座起放,配套集成化偏房和整体式单轴绞车,融合了网电、交流变频控制、主电机自动送钻以及集成化显示与控制等技术。现场应用结果表明:3000 m快移快装钻机运行良好;与老式ZJ30钻机相比,该钻机主体部分的运输车次减少2~3车,建井周期缩短1.0~1.5 d,节约用地33%;以施工2000 m井为例,该钻机可节省燃油16.7%。该钻机投资及后期运行成本较低,满足3000 m以内各种油、水井的钻修井作业要求。 At present,the conventional 3,000 m drilling rigs are generally old and structurally scattered.The workload of their assembling/disassembling and transportation is heavy,and the substructure needs dismantling into parts for highway transportation,which cause the loss of their fast moving performance.To solve these problems,a 3,000 m fast moving and fast assembling drilling rig is developed according to the concept of integration and modularization.The key components of the drilling rig are technologically innovated while oilfield transportation conditions and vehicle transportation capacity are taken into consideration.The main part of the drilling rig is divided into independent large modules,between which fast assembling and dismantling technology is adopted,so as to simplify the mechanical structure,reduce the workload of assembling/disassembling and transportation and improve the fast assembling/disassembling and fast moving performance of the drilling rig.The hydraulic lifting scheme is adopted in the drilling rig without the help of drawworks.The derrick substructure is lifted by the same set of hydraulic cylinders.It is equipped with integrated dog house and integral single shaft drawwork.And network power supply,AC VF control,automatic drilling system by main motor and integrated display and control technologies are used comprehensively.The field application results show that the 3,000 m fast moving and fast assembling drilling rig performs well,and compared with ZJ30 drilling rig,the transportation vehicle times of its main part is reduced by 2~3,the well construction cycle is shortened by 1.0~1.5 d and the land occupation is saved by 33%.Taking the construction of 2,000 m well as an example,it can save the fuel by 16.7%.The research results provide the reference for the optimized design of 3,000 m drilling rigs.
