摘要
利用内层电地层作为背钻信号反馈层,可避免因板厚差异导致背钻残桩控制不均的问题,从而进一步提高背钻残桩控制能力,满足高速板超高精度背钻要求。文章通过其独特设计,对内层作为信号反馈层背钻工艺进行了验证。
By using ground plane as the signal feedback layer,the uneven control of backdrill stub caused by the difference on the PCB can be avoided so as to further improve the control ability of backdrill stub and meet the requirement of ultra-high precision backdrill.Through the unique design,the technology of ground plane as the signal feedback layer is verified.
