紫花药用植物腊叶标本和浸渍标本的保色制作研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]研究紫花药用植物的保色方法,便于科研、教学以及种质资源保护等工作的开展。[方法]采用不同的杀生固定液和保存液以及改变植物标本干燥压制方法,对石竹、紫花地丁、鸢尾、桔梗4种紫花植物进行腊叶标本和浸渍标本的保色制作研究。[结果]直接压制的标本受到氧化作用和失水脱色的影响,保色效果一般;保色液处理后的腊叶标本和浸渍标本,由于受到保色溶剂的影响,保色效果良好,标本不易褪色。[结论]经过保色处理后的植物标本能较好地保存植物原来的颜色,有助于长期保存。 [Objective]To study the color preservation method of purple flower medicinal plants,which is convenient for scientific research,teaching and germplasm resource protection.[Method]Using different biocidal fixatives and preservatives and changing the method of drying and pressing plant specimens,the color preservation of wax leaf specimens and dipped specimens was carried out on four kinds of purple plants such as Dianthus chinensis,Viola mandshurica,Iris tectorum and Platycodon grandiflorus.[Result]The directly pressed specimens were affected by oxidation and dehydration,and the color retention effect was general.The wax leaf specimens and immersed specimens treated by the color retention solution were affected by the color retention solvent.The color retention effect was good,and the specimen was not easy fade.[Conclusion]The plant specimens after color preservation treatment can better preserve the original color of the plant,which is helpful for long-term preservation.
