摘要
为了研究不同含量的硼砂成分在地质聚合物中的作用行为与反应效应,探索碱激发粉煤灰中加入硼砂后反应,研究在不同质量分数下硼砂含量对碱激发粉煤灰地质聚合物凝结时间及不同龄期(1 d,7 d,28 d)下抗压强度测定,采用扫描电镜、X-射线光谱分析产物的组成及其微观形貌结构。结果表明:硼砂可以有效地改善碱激发粉煤灰的凝结时间,其凝结时间随着硼砂质量分数的增加而延长;在硼砂加入量为3%时,抗压强度达到最高,流动性适宜,硼砂加入量为5%时,其早期的抗压强度较高,流动性好,但会影响其后期的抗压强度。
In order to study the action behavior and reaction effect of different content of borax components in geopolymers,exploring the reaction of alkali-excited fly ash after adding borax,to study the determination of borax content at different mass fractions on the setting time of alkali-activated fly ash geopolymers and the compressive strength at different ages(1 d,7 d,28 d),scanning electron microscopy and X-ray spectroscopy were used to analyze the composition and microstructure of the product.The results show:borax can effectively improve the setting time of alkali-activated fly ash,its setting time increases with increasing borax mass fraction,when the amount of borax is 3%,the compressive strength is the highest and the fluidity is suitable,when the amount of borax is 5%,its early compressive strength is high and its fluidity is good,but it will affect its later compressive strength.
