汉口原日租界历史建筑现状研究

Research on the present situation of historical buildings in HanKou Japanese concession

在快速的城市化进程中,如何及时有效的对现存的历史文化建筑进行保护和再利用,是我们每个建筑学者面临的问题。汉口租界风貌街区是武汉珍贵的建筑遗产聚集地,位于最北端的日本租界历史建筑常年缺乏关注,现状不容乐观。通过分析汉口日租界内的历史建筑现状,总结其保护与再利用所存在的问题,最后据此提出建议。

In the process of rapid urbanization,how to protect and reuse existing historical and cultural buildings in a timely and effective manner is a problem faced by every architectural scholar.Hankou Concession landscape block is a precious architectural heritage gathering place in Wuhan.The historical buildings in the Japanese concession,located in the northernmost part,have received little attention for years,and the current situation is not optimistic.By analyzing the current situation of the historical buildings in The Japanese concession in Hankou,this paper summarizes the problems existing in their protection and reuse,and finally puts forward some suggestions accordingly.
