Study on spatial characteristics and planning response strategies of old residential areas

老旧小区改造作为当下重要民生工程之一,有利于提高群众幸福感、扩大内需、提升空间品质等。从空间格局角度出发,对三河市老旧小区现状问题进行空间计量化分析,利用空间自相关方法宏观分析老旧小区空间分布特征,为老旧小区改造提供方法论基础,同时为老旧小区改造提出精准化的规划响应策略。

As one of the important livelihood projects at present,the reconstruction of old residential areas is conducive to improving people’s happiness,expanding domestic demand and improving the quality of space.From the perspective of spatial pattern,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the current situation of the old residential area,and uses the spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of the old residential area,so as to provide a methodological basis for the transformation of the old residential area,and at the same time,put forward accurate planning response strategies for the old residential area reconstruction.
