摘要
针对成都一栋七层钢筋混凝土框架结构建筑进行改造和加固处理。为了提升功能需对底层大厅顶板以及对应的二层底板进行开洞,使用PKPM软件建模,通过SATWE分析得出:改造后结构稳定性满足设计要求;柱轴压比超限需进行抗震加固,开洞楼板处需进行构造加固。
This project is the reconstruction and reinforcement of a seven-story reinforced concrete frame structure in Chengdu.In order to improve the function,it is necessary to open holes in the roof of the first floor hall and the corresponding second floor floor.The PKPM software is used to model,and the SATWE analysis shows that:the stability of the structure meets the design requirements.the axial compression ratio of the column exceeds the limit,and seismic reinforcement is needed.structural reinforcement is required at the opening floor.
