摘要
分析复杂Y型钢柱整体结构特点,制定合理的装焊顺序。采用精细等离子切割技术进行下料,合理设置割缝补偿,控制零件尺寸偏差。针对长尺寸、窄截面T肋部件,采用双边对称下料和组对焊接工艺,有效解决了T肋加工变形问题。对小空间焊接部位采用背面衬垫焊+外侧封板工艺,确保构件外形美观。
The reasonable assembly and welding sequence was established by analyzing the characteristics of the whole structure of complex Y-shaped steel column.Fine plasma cutting technology was used and the slit compensation was seted reasonably to control the dimension deviation of parts.For T-rib parts with long size and narrow cross section,the two-sided symmetrical blanking and pairing welding process was adopted to effectively solve the deformation problem of T-rib machining.Back steel welding+outer sealing plate technology was adopted for small space welding parts to ensure the appearance of components was beautiful.
