摘要 随着城市交通发展,道路跨越铁路越来越多,为不中断铁路运营,多采用转体施工技术。近年来,桥梁转体正向着大跨径和超大吨位的趋势发展。以某城市大跨度转体桥梁为例,结合球铰厂家、现场施工工艺等对球铰类型及尺寸的选取、称重试验及配重方式、封固混凝土密实性设计等关键技术提出了相应选取方法或解决方案,并通过大型有限元分析软件对上下转盘进行空间模型精细化分析,根据计算转盘的局部应力分布来确定合理的配束形式。通过对大跨度T型刚构桥关键技术的研究,为该桥的施工提供指导建议,并为以后同类桥梁的建设提供参考借鉴。 With the urban traffic development,more and more roads across the railway,for not interrupt railway,much of the construction technology in recent years,of bridge is developing towards the trend of large span and large tonnage in this paper,a city of large span bridge as an example,combined with field construction technology such as ball hinge manufacturer for ball joint type and size selection of weighing way of balancing test and cementing the compactness of concrete design puts forward the corresponding key technologies such as selecting method or solution;And through the large-scale finite element analysis software space model refinement analysis was carried out on the wheel up and down,according to the calculation of the rotary table to determine the reasonable arrangement of local stress distribution form of T rigid frame bridge of large span key technology research,to provide a guideline for the construction of the bridge,and provide reference for later construction of similar Bridges.
