摘要
装船机轨道的断裂受到多种因素的影响,轨道自身材质原因、焊接过程的影响、轮压分配不均匀导致超载、下部支撑系统不均匀等。通过现场测试装船机正常作业时轨道的工作应变,以文科勒地基模型为基础,建立实时轮压的修正计算公式,结合下部支撑系统条件,从钢轨受力的不均匀性给出装船机轨道断裂的原因分析。
The track fracture of shiploader is affected by many factors,such as the track itself,the influence of welding process,the uneven distribution of wheel pressure,and the uneven condition of lower support system.Based on the Winkler foundation model,the real-time wheel pressure is calculated by collecting the strain of the track of the shiploader in situ.The reason of the track breakage of the shiploader is analyzed according to the condition of the lower support system.
