近几年国内电商的迅猛发展给快递业带来了无限机遇和挑战,而技能型人才的缺失一直是快递行业人才队伍建设的短板,快递人才供需结构性矛盾的问题受到社会各方广泛关注。文章首先阐述了研究的背景和意义,分析了快递行业从业人员的基本情况和行业职业教育现状,指明了何为"1+X"快递运营职业技能等级证书,并提出了证书制度体系建设的若干举措。

In recent years,the rapid development of domestic e-commerce has brought infinite opportunities and challenges to the express industry,and on the other hand,the lack of skillful talents has always been the weak point of talent team construction in this industry.The structural contradiction between supply and demand of express talents has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.This paper first describes the background and significance of this study,analyzes the basic situation of employees in the express industry and the current situation of vocational education in the industry,points out what is the"1+X"professional skill certification of express operation,and puts forward some measures for the construction of the certification system.
