高职院校学生职业生涯规划与体验式教育融合研究

近年来,教育改革日益深化,高等教育中就业创业工作愈加受到教育部门、高校、社会等多方面的重视。基于此,文章首先阐述了职业生涯规划与体验式教育相关概念,其次分析体验式教育在高职院校中的应用价值,最后探讨了体验式教育在高职院校学生职业生涯规划教育中的应用。

In recent years,the education reform has been deepening day by day.At the same time,the relevant national education departments gradually began to strengthen the employment and entrepreneurship work in higher education.Based on this,this study first describes career planning and experiential education.Secondly,it analyzes the application value of experiential education in higher vocational colleges.Finally,it discusses the application of experiential education in vocational college students'career planning.
