Anonymous Authentication Protocol Traceable for Wireless Domain Networks

随着远程医疗和无线技术的快速发展,无线体域网的通信研究成为热点。考虑无线通信设备的限制性和用户身份的保密性,提出一种可追踪的匿名认证协议,保护用户的真实身份,并在医疗纠纷时第三方可以揭露用户的真实身份。用户端的计算开销较小,适用于无线体域网的环境。

With the rapid development of telemedicine and wireless technology,wireless body area network communication research has become a hot spot.Considering the limitations of wireless communication equipment and the confidentiality of user identities,a traceable anonymous authentication protocol is proposed to protect the user’s true identity,and a third party can reveal the user’s true identity during medical disputes.The computing overhead of the user side is relatively small,which is suitable for the environ⁃ment of wireless body area network.
