音圈电机直驱水液压球阀的动态特性建模与仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 音圈电机直驱水液压球阀由音圈电机和水液压球阀阀体两部分组成。电机轴与阀芯组件直接接触,所以阀芯组件受到的摩擦力、弹簧力、密封圈阻力和流体作用力等直接作用在电机上,是电机负载的一部分,而负载特性的不明确是限制直驱阀动态特性提升的因素之一。为了克服这个问题,对球阀进行了较为全面的数值和试验分析。在数值分析中,使用动量法计算稳态液动力从而得到流体作用力;在实验中,辨识了音圈电机阻尼系数,测量了阀芯上的摩擦力;依靠以上分析,得到直驱阀线圈电压与阀芯位移之间的传递函数,在MATLAB/Simulink中建立了音圈电机直驱水液压球阀的数学模型;最后,对直驱阀的数学模型进行了阶跃和频率响应的仿真分析。研究结果可用于指导直驱阀阀芯位移的闭环控制设计。 The voice coil motor direct-drive water hydraulic ball valve consists of two parts,one is the voice coil motor,and the other is the water hydraulic ball valve body.The motor shaft is in direct contact with the valve core,therefore,the friction,the spring force,the seal ring resistance and the flow forces directly act on the motor,which is part of the load on the motor,and the ambiguity of the load characteristics is one of the factors limiting the improvement of valve dynamic characteristics.In order to overcome this problem,a comprehensive numerical and experimental analysis of the ball valve is carried out.In the numerical analysis,the momentum method is used to calculate the steady hydrodynamic force to obtain the flow forces.In the experiment,the viscosity damping coefficient of the voice coil motor is identified,and the friction on the poppet is measured.Relying on the above analysis,The transfer function between coil voltage and the poppet displacement is obtained and a mathematical model of the voice coil motor direct-drive water hydraulic ball valve is established in MATLAB/Simulink.Finally,the mathematical model of the direct-drive valve is simulated and analyzed for step and frequency response.This research can be used to guide the design of the closed-loop control of the spool displacement of the direct-drive valve.
