基于WSN的电动自行车充电均衡系统设计

摘要 电动自行车已经广泛应用各个领域中,为了延长电池的使用寿命,提高充电过程的安全性,方便工作人员进行管理,提出了一种将无线传感器网络技术与电池管理专用芯片相结合的电动自行车电池充电均衡系统,在充电过程中通过专用芯片采集温度、电压和电流等参数,经过无线传感器网络无线传输到上位机中,供工作人员进行监视和管理。系统同时可以自动完成电池的均衡,避免电池过压和欠压的发生,采集控制节点部署简单,使用灵活,整个系统能够改善电动自行车充电过程。 Electric bicycle has been widely used in various fields.In order to prolong the service life of the battery,improve the safety of the charging process,and facilitate the management of the staff,a charging equalization system for the electric bicycle battery is proposed,which combines the wireless sensor network technology with the battery management chip.During the charging process,the temperature,voltage and current are collected by the special chip Parameters,through the wireless sensor network wireless transmission to the host computer,for the staff to monitor and manage.At the same time,the system can automatically complete the battery equalization,avoid the occurrence of battery over-voltage and under voltage,the acquisition and control node deployment is simple and flexible,the whole system can improve the charging process of electric bicycle.
