随着“一带一路”倡议的逐步落实,我国企业“走出去”的步伐不断加快。中国企业在“一带一路”沿线的营商活动离不开规范有效的合规体系。由中国推动和倡导的多边合作机制,一方面可以为世界法律文明的发展贡献中国智慧,另一方面可以为中国企业在“一带一路”沿线的经营提供透明、可预期的营商环境,为中国企业在“走出去”的过程中合规经营奠定坚实的制度基础。

As the Belt and Road Initiative is being implemented,the pace of“going out”of Chinese enterprises is accelerating.China's enterprises cannot operate properly along the Belt and Road without the effective compliance management system.China's government should promote multilateral cooperation,and contribute China's wisdom to the development of the world's legal civilization.In this way,a more transparent and predictable business environment for Chinese enterprises along the Belt and Road will be found.
