论“一带一路”沿线国家文化交流互鉴的共情效应

On the Empathy Effect of Cultural Exchanges and Mutual Learning among Countries along the“One Belt and One Road”

“一带一路”是一条经济贸易之路,更是一条文化交流互鉴之路。文化融则民心通,沿线各国不同文化之间取长补短、交流互鉴,有利于促进沿线国家经济社会高质量发展。中华文化具有悠久的共情传统;文化共情的要义在于坚持互利共赢、共建共治与共享共美的原则,以开放、包容、平等、尊重、求同存异的心态,讲好文化故事,提升共情能力。由中国的发展经验及“一带一路”的文化建设实践可以看出,文化共情对于丰富沿线国家的多元文化价值观、增强各国民众文化获得感、提高民众文化认同度、提升国家文化软实力、构建人类命运共同体会产生正向效应。

The“One Belt and One Road”is a road of economics and trade,but also a road of cultural exchanges and mutual learning.Cultural integration means people-to-people bonds.The different cultures of the countries along the“One Belt and One Road”learn from each other’s strengths and exchanges,which is conducive to promoting the high-quality economic and social development of the countries along the route.Chinese culture has a long tradition of empathy;the essence of cultural empathy lies in adhering to the principles of mutual benefit and win-win,co-construction,co-governance and co-sharing,and common beauty.We must tell good cultural stories with an open,tolerant,equal,and respectful attitude to improve cultural empathy.From China’s development experience and the“One Belt and One Road”cultural construction practice,it can be seen that cultural empathy has contributed to enriching the multicultural values of countries along the route,enhancing the sense of cultural acquisition of the people of various countries,enhancing the cultural identity of the people,and enhancing the national cultural soft power,building a community with a shared future for mankind.Cultural empathy has produced a positive effect.
