《医方考》脾胃系病症方剂组方用药规律分析

Analysis on Medication Regularity of Prescriptions for Spleen and Stomach Diseases in Yifangkao

目的探讨《医方考》脾胃系病症方剂组方用药规律。方法统计《医方考》中治疗脾胃系疾病的方剂,用Excel建立方药数据库,并进行规范化处理,共收入107条有效方剂。采用频数分析、聚类分析、关联规则的方法进行数据挖掘,聚类分析使用SPSS 22.0,关联规则使用IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1。结果在筛选的107首方剂中,用药96味,累计用药频次506次,药性以温为主,其次是寒、平,药味以辛、苦、甘为主,归经以脾、胃、肺为主,其次是肝、肾。聚类结果显示可归为5类:补气升阳药,散寒止痛药,清热燥湿化痰药,健脾除湿化痰药,益气健脾燥湿药。关联规则分析结果显示:关联性强的为补脾与行气之品的配伍。结论医方考中治疗脾胃系疾病的方剂配伍,健运益气健脾为核心,行气为要,常通过化湿、疏肝等途径。

Objective To explore the regularity of prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases in medical prescription examination. Methods According to the statistics of prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases in medical prescription examination,the database of prescriptions and medicines was established by Excel,and standardized processing was carried out. A total of 107 effective prescriptions were collected. Frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rules were used for data mining. SPSS 22. 0 was used for clustering analysis and IBM SPSS modeler 14. 1 was used for association rules. Results Among the 107 prescriptions selected,96 were used,with a cumulative frequency of 506 times. The drug was mainly warm,followed by cold and gentle natures. The main flavor was pungent,bitter and sweet,and the meridians were spleen,stomach and lung meridians,followed by liver and kidney. The cluster results showed that they could be divided into five categories: Qi-tonifying and Yang-rising drugs,cold-dispersing and pain-relieving drugs,heat-clearing and dampness-eliminating and phlegm-resolving drugs,spleen-strengthening and dampness-removing and phlegm-resolving drugs,Qi-supplementing and spleen-strengthening and dampness-removing and dampness-removing drugs. The results of association rule analysis showed that the compatibility of invigorating spleen and promoting Qi was the most relevant. Conclusion The core of prescription compatibility in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases is to strengthen the movement of Qi and invigorate the spleenandpromote Qi,which is often achieved by resolving dampness and soothing liver.
