逍遥散联合半夏厚朴汤治疗慢性咽炎疗效及对炎症因子及复发率的影响

Effect of Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Banxia Houpo Decoction on Inflammation Factors and Recurrence Rate in Patients with Chronic Pharyngitis

目的探讨逍遥散联合半夏厚朴汤对慢性咽炎患者炎症因子及复发率的影响。方法选取106例慢性咽炎患者,利用随机数表法分为两组。对照组采用半夏厚朴汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,加用逍遥散治疗,对比两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、不良反应及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P <0.05);较对照组,观察组治疗后IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平更低(P <0.05);较对照组,观察组复发率更低(P <0.05)。结论逍遥散联合半夏厚朴汤用于慢性咽炎患者疗效显著,可有效降低炎症因子水平,降低复发率,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective The purpose of this study was to study the effect of the combination of Xiaoyao Powder and Banxia Houpo decoction on the inflammatory factors and the recurrence rate of the patients with chronic pharyngitis. Methods A total of106 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method. The control group was treated by Banxia Houpo decoction,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyao powder and Banxia Houpo decoction. The curative effect,the levels of the inflammation factors,the adverse reaction and the recurrence rate were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0. 05),and the levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was of statistical significance (P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P< 0. 05). Conclusion Xiaoyao powder combined with Banxia Houpu decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. It can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the recurrence rate,and does not increase the adverse reactions.
