稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with Metoprolol on Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia

目的研究分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗用于冠心病心律失常的效果。方法选择医院2019年1月—2019年12月收治的100例冠心病心律失常患者,将其随机分成两组,研究组50例,对照组50例。研究组给予稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组给予单纯美托洛尔治疗。观察两组治疗后的治疗效果以及心功能情况。结果对照组治疗效果不如研究组,研究组心功能改善情况优于对照组,经过统计学软件的有效分析,对照组以及研究组的组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在治疗之后,两组冠心病心律失常心功能参数存在差异,研究组患者的左心射血分数(%)、左室舒张末径(mm)以及B型钠尿肽(pg/mL)等心功能参数的每一项指标都更加理想,优于对照组,相对比对照组的心功能数据,更接近与正常数值,经过统计学分析,每一项参数的组间数据也均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗对冠心病心律失常患者有确切的治疗效果,可以显著的改善冠心病心律失常患者的心功能参数。心功能的改善明显消除或者缓解身体上的病痛,提高冠心病心律失常患者的生活质量,进而提高患者的治疗满意度,对于整个治疗过程有更好的依从度,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Wenxin Granules combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods Researchers selected 100 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and randomly divided them into two groups,50 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the control group. The study group was given Wenxin Granules combined with metoprololand the control group was given metoprolol alone. We observed the treatment effect and cardiac function of the two groups after treatment. Results The treatment effect of the control group was not as good as that of the study group. The improvement of the heart function of the patients in the study group was better than that of the control group. After effective analysis by statistical software,the difference between the control group and the study group was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). After treatment,there were differences in the cardiac function parameters ofpatients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in two groups. The left ventricular ejection fraction (%),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (mm) and B-type natriuretic peptide (pg/mL) of the study group were morebetter than those of the control groupand was closer to the normal value. After statistical analysis,the data of each parameter between groups were also equal and there was statistical significance (P < 0. 05).Conclusion Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol had a definite therapeutic effect on patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmiaand can significantly improve the cardiac function parameters of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. The improvement of the patients heart function significantly eliminates or relieves the physical pain,improves the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,and thereby improves the patients’ satisfaction with treatment. The patient has better compliance with the entire treatment process. It is worthy of promotion.
