基于安德森模型的农村贫困居民住院服务利用影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of rural poor residents hospitalization service utilization based on Anderson model

[目的]了解农村贫困居民住院服务利用的现状,分析其影响因素,为政府扶贫提供参考。[方法]对江苏省11个地级市58个县的1158名农村贫困居民进行随机入户问卷调查。采用二元logistics回归分析安德森卫生服务模型中倾向特征、能力资源和需求3个维度与住院服务利用的关系。[结果]年龄、婚姻状况、职业、卫生政策了解程度、个人收入、总体健康评价、心理健康状况、是否罹患大病是农村贫困居民住院卫生服务利用的影响因素(P <0.05);Hausman检验显示χ2=6.621,P=0.578(> 0.1),表明模型拟合状况良好。[结论]倾向特征和需求是农村贫困居民住院服务利用的主要影响因素,个人收入影响住院行为。

Objective To understand current situation of the utilization of inpatient services of rural poor residents,analyze its influencing factors so as to provide reference for government poverty alleviation.Methods 1158 rural poor residents from 11 prefecture level cities and 58 counties in Jiangsu Province were randomly investigated by home questionnaire.Dual logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between three dimensionality of tendency characteristics,ability resource,demand and inpatient service utilization in Anderson health service model.Results Age,marital status,occupation,understanding of health policy,personal income,overall health evaluation,mental health status and whether suffering from serious disease were influencing factors of the utilization of health services in rural poor residents(P<0.05).Hausman test showed x2=6.621,P=0.578(>0.1),which indicated model fitting well.Conclusions Propensity and demand are main influencing factors for the utilization of hospitalization service of rural poor residents,and personal income affects hospitalization behavior.
