突发公共卫生事件中社会工作儿童服务的现状与思考——以新型冠状病毒肺炎的干预防治为例

Thinking on current situation of social work for children service in public health emergency——Take intervention of new coronavirus pneumonia as an example

阐述了在突发公共卫生事件中,社会工作者利用居家隔离优势、发挥资源链接者作用、强化社区支持功能,为事件中的困境儿童提供服务;分析社会工作中存在传统干预方式面临挑战、专业服务优势难以发挥等困难,并对社会工作的后续介入提出思考与展望,即需要做好儿童危机介入、提高儿童健康管理、完善儿童应急保障机制,促进儿童全面健康成长。

This paper states that social workers provide service for children by the advantage of home quarantine,playing the function of resources linkers,strengthening the function of social support in in public health emergency.It analyzes difficulties of the challenge in traditional intervention and difficult to play the advantage of professional services in social work.It puts forward thinking and expectation,that is to say do well the intervention of children crisis,improve health management for children,perfect emergency safeguard mechanism for children,promote children's comprehensive healthy growth.
