Health impact assessment is the core strategy to implement“integrating health into all policies”,and is an effective tool and important means to achieve a healthy Shanghai,providing a scientific basis for the construction of a healthy Shanghai.Shanghai should build a health impact assessment system framework,clarify the general requirements and basic principles,and implement health impact assessment of public policies,government plans and major engineering projects in terms of assessment targets,assessment scope,assessment subjects,assessment contents and assessment procedures.
