摘要
“家门口服务”不仅给群众带来工作和生活的便利,还有力地推动城市管理和社会治理的精细化、现代化。做好“家门口服务体系”建设,既要建立健全分层分类的社工培训体系,加强居/村负责人和金牌社工的专项培训,提高“全岗通”社工对各条线应知应会内容的熟悉程度,也要完善社工选拔考核激励机制,更好地激发社工撸起袖子加油干,为“家门口服务体系”建设提供有力的队伍保障。
The“doorstep service”not only brings convenience to the masses in work and life,but also strongly promotes the refinement and modernization of urban management and social governance.To do a good job in the construction of“doorstep service system”,it is not only necessary to establish and improve a hierarchical and classified social worker training system,but also to strengthen the special training for the residents/villages leaders and gold medal social workers,so as to improve the familiarity of“all-post”social workers with what they should know.It is also necessary to improve the incentive mechanism for selection and assessment of social workers,so as to better motivate social workers to roll up their sleeves and work hard,and to provide strong team guarantee for the construction of“doorstep service system”.
