An Analysis On Xi Jin-ping's Concept of Teacher's Kindheartedness and Practice Path in the New Era

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次在讲话中提到教育在国家发展中的地位和教师在教育中的作用问题,形成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想关于教育理论的重要论述,做有仁爱之心的好老师的理念是其中的一个重要着力点,也为新时代教师职业发展指明了方向。实践“仁师”理念主要从以下几方面着手:坚定正确的理想信念,用仁德铸就师魂,拥有一颗爱学生的心,努力钻研教育教学能力等。

Since the eighteen National Congress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping formed Xi Jinping's socialist educational thoughts with China's characteristics in the new era,which systematically expounded the status of education in the development of the state and the role of teachers in education.It is one of the thought on the idea of being a good teacher with loving kindness,which contains the main aspects of teacher's value choice,scientific connotation and practical path.The idea points out the direction for the development of teachers in the new era.
