毫针针刺联合麦肯基疗法治疗富贵包患者疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of filiform needle acupuncture combined with Mackenzie therapy in the treatment of patients with Fugui package

目的:探讨分析毫针针刺联合麦肯基疗法治疗富贵包患者疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年8月收治的92例颈椎病(富贵包)患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予毫针针刺治疗,观察组联合麦肯基疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后、治疗后1、3个月VAS评分、症状积分、NDI评分。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为97.83%,较对照组的79.17%显著提高(P<0.05);治疗前两组VAS评分、症状积分、NDI评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后1、3个月观察组VAS评分、症状积分、NDI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:毫针针刺联合麦肯基疗法治疗富贵包可显著提高临床疗效,缓解患者临床症状,改善颈椎功能障碍,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the efficacy of filiform needle acupuncture combined with Mackenzie therapy in the treatment of Fugui package(cervical spondylosis)patients.Method:92 patients with Fugui package admitted from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given only filiform needle acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was given filiform needle acupuncture combined with McKenzie therapy.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,symptom score,and NDI score before and after treatment,1 and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.17%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score,symptom score,and NDI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS score,symptom score,and NDI score in the observation group 1 and 3 months after treatment decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Fugui package with filiform acupuncture combined with McKenzie therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve cervical dysfunction.The quality of life is worth promoting.
