改性小檗碱对蚕丝织物的染色性能研究

摘要 为提高天然染料小檗碱的水溶性,对黄连提取物小檗碱进行改性,得到改性产物小檗红碱。用小檗红碱对蚕丝织物进行染色,分析了染色温度、时间、pH值、氯化钠和染料用量对织物染色性能的影响。测定了染色后蚕丝织物的K/S值及色牢度。研究结果表明:与小檗碱相比,小檗红碱染色的蚕丝织物黄光减弱、红光加重,对pH值和氯化钠的敏感性降低,色牢度有所提高;小檗红碱染色蚕丝较适宜的染色条件为pH值4~6、温度95℃、保温时间1 h。 In order to improve the water solubility of natural dye berberine,the berberine extracted from Coptis chinensis was modified to obtain the modified berberine.Silk was dyed with modified berberine.The effects of dyeing temperature,time,pH value,sodium chloride and dye dosage on the dyeing performances of silk fabrics were studied.The K/S value of the dyed silk was measured,and the washing and rubbing fastness of the dyed silk were tested.The results showed that compared with natural berberine,the yellow light of the silk fabric dyed with modified berberine was weakened and its red light was increased,the sensitivity to pH value and sodium chloride was decreased,and the fastness of dyed silk fabric was improved.The optimal dyeing conditions of modified berberine for silk dyeing are pH 4~6,dyeing at 95℃for 1 h.
