摘要
对一种新型二极管、电容双钳位三电平逆变器拓扑结构进行了研究。根据电流通路不能突变的特点,提出了一种通过开关状态切换实现钳位电容电压平衡的控制方法。并提出了通过对288种“七段式”电压空间矢量组合对中点电位影响特性进行分析的方法,实现了直流侧中点电位的平衡控制。最后,采用Matlab搭建了对比仿真模型,并基于TMS2812+Xinlinx CPLD/FPGA控制结构搭建了绕线电机实验平台,仿真和实验结果均证实了所提方法的正确性。
The topology of a novel diode and capacitor dual clamp three-level inverter was studied.According to the characteristics that the current path can’t be changed suddenly,a control method was proposed to realize the voltage balance of clamp capacitor by switching state.By analyzing the influence of 288 kinds of“seven segment”voltage space vector combinations on the neutral point potential,the DC side neutral point potential balance control was realized.The comparison simulation model was built based on Matlab,and the experimental platform of wound motor was built based on TMS2812+Xinlinx CPLD/FPGA control structure.The simulation and experimental results verified the correctness of the proposed method.
