摘要
针对一种永磁直流伺服减速电机运行卡滞问题,通过分析得出主要原因是行星芯轴与支架过盈配合失效导致芯轴窜动。为保证减速电机正常运行,对其进行故障分析与处理,并且制作改进试验样件对不同过盈量所能产生的脱出力进行测量,同时通过运用ANSYS Workbench对脱出力进行了有限元仿真分析,结果与实测一致性较好,进一步确认了改进措施的有效性。并依此为依据对芯轴与支架的过盈配合和装配工艺进行有效的改进,提高了产品的可靠性。
Aiming at the jam phenomenon occurs while a permanent magnet DC servo geared-motor running.Through the analysis,the main reason is that the interference fit failure between the planetary spindle and bracket leads to spindle movement.To ensure it run normally,the fault analysis and treatment of the geared-motor are carried out.Moreover,the improved test sample is made to measure the pull-out force produced by different interference,and the Ansys workbench simulation software was used to be further finite element analysis for the pull-out force.The result is great agreement with the measured data,the effectiveness of the improvement measure was further confirmed.Based on this,the interference fit and assembly process of between the spindle and bracket were effectively improved,and the reliability of the product was improved.
